Change users and members to riders?

My forum is atv riders forum. I'd like to change the nav bar link "members" to "Riders" and also, down the bottom it says currently active users. I'd like that to say currently active riders.

All text are in phrases in the language manager. You can go to the admin control panel > languages & phrases section and go to 'search in phrases'.
Search for the exact text you wish to replace, then modify the original text. There will be an English section with a textarea where you can replace it with your custom text. it will be instantly changed on the forum when you click save.
