Table Borders

I have set my table border background color to transparent so that the bg image will be visible. I'd like, however, to have the individual cells to be visible with the same color as my page border. How do I go about doing this? I'm guessing there is an extra css attribute that will permit this. Thanks.

First Alternating Color - Second Alternating Color and add to Extra CSS Attributes -> border: 1px solid #123456;
