Where to change variable values at?

I am trying to edit the footer in the common templates area of the control panel.

I want to change what the text of the link that goes back to the homepage. I see that I need to edit a variable called: vboptions[hometitle]

Where do I go to edit variables?

TO change this you would have to change your Homepage Name under vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details.
