Quick Reply Box Tiny After Upgrade

I just finished upgrading one of my forums from 3.6.1 to 3.6.8.

Unfortunately, the Quick Reply box appears tiny when one of the Quick Reply buttons is pressed to enable the Quick Reply box.

I'm aware that the Quick Reply template was modified as I had this issue with another forum after I upgraded it. However, after reverting the template, it fixed it.

This problem is different as the Quick Reply box appears fine with the correct size when the page is loaded, but once the Quick Reply button on a post is pressed, it changes to small.

How can I fix this? I don't know what template would cause this...

Nevermind, I just found the correct template to edit. For those with the same problem as me, I had to edit (revert) the SHOWTHREAD template.

I have a custom template so how can I fix this manually? Mine is very tiny...
