Is it possible to give some one access to Languages & Phrases only?

I Would like to translate my forum and would like to give a user access to Languages & Phrases only?

or mod access with access to Languages & Phrases.

Is this possible?

You can give a user only access to the languages by using Administrator Permissions.

Move a user into the 'Administrators' usergroup and then select 'Administrator Permissions' from the dropdown menu at the top left of the 'edit user' page.
