Placing Banners at the bottom of Treads/posts

I have figured out how to place my banners in the header, between the navbar and threads, but I haven't figured out how to have the banners display at the bottom of a thread or post.

I know that I should know this but relatively new.

Also, if you could point me in the direction as to place a small banner in the thread description (displayed on the "main page")
