upgrade stuck on upgrade_367.php

I'm just upgrading a forum from 3.6.4 and it started to go through the upgrade process and i'm stuck (white page) on upgrade_367.php. I have reuploaded (overwritten) the install folder but i still get a white page on the above upgrade page.

Help please.

Thanks Steve, i downloaded another copy of 3.6.8 and reuploaded everything to ftp and it installed ok. There must have been a corruption on the original d/l file.
