How can an Administrator make new post as another member?

i searched to no avail.

i have a low tech crew on a vBulletin system and want to be able to have the Admin post as a user so the user can click "my threads" link to see their conversations.

it's a closed system, almost used like a support ticket system.

is there any way for vBulletin to do this? any suggestions. thanks
