How do i make moderators to edit users

Hi,

How do i make moderators to edit user profile fields? Sometimes users create really offensive user ids by taking other reputed members name. Moderators can ban that new user but it will remain there as they are not able to delete or edit that user name. Is it possible to do this?

You would have to give thenm access to the Admin CP and Admin permissions.
