Hide an Admin on show groups

I have an admin account I do not wish to appear on show groups/view forum leaders, how would I hide them without changing their usergroup?

You could always create a secondary Admins group with the option "Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator)" set to yes and then give the user Admin permissions in the normal way using Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions and then leave them out of the main Administrators group.

Yes but the problem with that is, the account I'm trying to hide is the failsafe incase of being hacked etc. etc. so if I put that account in its own admin usergroup a hacker could just delete the usergroup then I'd be pretty much screwed.
