metacrawler trying to access my forum?

I have had the same but they never do any harm you could always add that area to your robots.txt file and block it from entering that area.

I don't know if I've put this query in the right forum, so excuse me if it should go somewhere else.

I've got a pretty new vB forum. I keep noticing when I view 'current users' a 'guest' with an IP on crawl*.googleblot.com. It keeps trying to 'Create Event', which of course it's blocked from doing. I'm guessing this is some sort of metacrawler or something? Should I be concerned about it at all? Can it do any damage?

I hope this made sense. Still feeling my way a bit with this forum stuff.
