How to charge users for changing other users avatar, title, etc.

I've searched long and hard and no luck.

I am looking for an addon, or coding advice, to allow a purchasing system where users can pay x amount of money for x points to spend those points to do various things to other users.

Say temp ban them, lock them from a thread, change their avatar, etc.

Any suggestions?

Personally, I find that to be inconvenient :/ But I guess everyone has their reasons...

They have created a points system and are coming out with more mods to use that point system, many for what you want.
