I cancelled a paypal reoccuring subscription payment and a person keeps getting charges every month regardless. How do I stop this??

They have to cancel it from within their PayPal account. There is no way for you do do this from within vB.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

I have a paid subscription feature for a section of our forum. When people cancel a subscription, it cancels their status as a paid member on the forum, but never cancels their subscription...Mon 12 Jun '17, 9:01pm
