how to control width of thread..

if u restore browser window then u will realize that after shoutbox all part of forum is more wider..
there shd be uniform width..
why so?
any solution?

and in some hreads i found 1st post was wider then rest posts..even in [maximized window]

another question.
if i'll reduce width form 100% to 80/90% then will it be ok?
i mean if some posts are larger [containing larger width pictures]then?

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are asking. However you change the main table width here:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> All Style Options -> Sizes and Dimensions -> Main Table Width (pixels or percentage)

If the shoutbox is not conforming to this, then that is a question you need to ask at www.vbulletin.org.

It appears to be a problem with the shoutbox vbulletin by itself resizes perfectly fine.
Go into the template for the table and change it's width to 100% or something

Disable your 'shoutbox' and 'Welcome Back'.. disable all plugins and see if it be behaves then.
