How to send e-mail to my members once their post receives replies?

Seems like my members do NOT receive any e-mails once their post was being replied, how can I make it happen?

    Thank you!

You could set this option for new registered users from the admin cp's vBulletin options:

User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> Options -> Automatic Thread Subscription Mode

      also here:

vBulletin Options -> Email Options -> (edit settings) -> Enable Email features? Yes

But I don't think this will have an effect now on old users. Therefore, you could announce that they can adjust this for themselves as follows:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Messaging & Notification -> Default Thread Subscription Mode

There's always the pre-defined SQL queries found under maintenance. One set toggles the subscription mode for the targeted users.
