Disallow attachments for a certain forum

Is it possible to not allow attachment for a certain forum?

The only way to do this is to disable this for each Usergroup in the Forum Permissions settings:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions -> Edit (appropriate usergroups) -> Can Upload Attachments -> No
