Try this:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options ->
- Depth of Forums - Forum Home -> 2
- Depth of Forums - Forum Display -> 2

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
