How do I add a fourth item to the login window?

I know this is in here somewhere, but I can’t seem to locate it a second time....

How do I add a fourth item to the login window users get before entering the forum? I‘ve been able to change the text as needed in the three items on the pre-existing list, but can’t find a way to add something more.
