How do i make scrollable smilies (searched on vbulletin.org without luck)

I searched on vbulletin.org for that without luck.

Maybe somebody of you have an idea how to do that?

In my old ezboard I had a scrollable smiley box, which worked great. Having more than 50 smilies, a number of which were quite large, I needed it. I don't think vBulletin has any similar hacks, which is a shame because a scrollable box takes the unwieldiness out of large collections of smilies and doesn't play havoc with post margins.
