If I upgrade from 3.6.7 to 3.6.8 will I lose templates?

I've done tons of upgrades all the way from the 3.4 series so I know what I'm doing however during two iterations of upgrades in the past my forums lost all the Google Adsense code in postbit_legacy and other templates.

I am currently running 3.6.7. If I upgrade to 3.6.8 will I lose any custom code that I've put into templates?

Does uploading files overwrite your template edits?

No, infact the files have nothing to do with the templates as the templates are stored in the database. You may need to revert or make manual changes to your customized templates if there were changes between 3.6.7 and 3.6.8.
