Prevent vBulletin Database error emails

When Im away form my server and SQL crashes and doesnt come back up immediately I get thousands of emails telling me about errors. Today I had almost 8,000 when I checked my mail. SQL crashed during the night.

Is there anyway of stopping these or better again, preventing huge numbers of them being sent (a few emails would be handy for notification)?

I have no idea how to stop the email but wouldn't it be an idea to stop your SQL crashing? It sounds like your server crashes alot.

You can set this:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Error Handling & Logging -> Log Database Errors to a File and Disable Database Error Email Sending
