I am a bit confused on the meaning of this!!!

From: Usergroup Manager -> Administrators -> Edit Usergroup

(This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group)

The bottom option shows: "Yes" and "No"

What does "Yes" and "No" entail in plain English? In other words, what should it be for the Admin, and what should it be for others, eg Super Mods, Mods, Registered Users, etc.

The reason I am asking is that I heard of some boards being hacked because this setting was not right!

read just under the: This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group
    this:
(Setting this to no will cause the group to be treated as a banned group, this will prevent the sending of email notifications, show a banned error message on the permission error pages and other unspecified behaviours.)

      I said "plain English"

I read it earlier, but what does: (to be treated as a banned group) mean???

Should I set it to "Yes" or "No" for the Admin. And the same question for the rest of the members.

Excuse me for my lack of understanding

          Ok plain English...

First of all lets explain what a banned group is.
It is a single member or a group of members that you no longer want in your forums. They are banned.

          Secondly.
To ban this member you need to set it too NO.

All others are set to YES.

          I hope this helps...

This does not help only, it actually relieves

What put me off was the wording in:

(This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group)

            follwed by Confirmation or Negation.

You made my day NukeOZ Thank U
