Group Memberships

What is a Group Membership and how would I set this up, I cannot find anything in the instructions about this.

Its in the Member Profile when your viewing one

Those are for Publicly Joinable Groups.

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Add New Useergroup -> Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups -> Yes
