Forum Leaders Page

I don't know why the View Forum Leaders doesn't work. I have done the suspect file in the admincp, upload file in ASCII, with default template but it still shows a blank page. I also read the manual about the blank pages, but it seems it doesn't fix it. Other pages on the site work without any problem. I am using 3.6.5

That page does list all the known causes of this problem. Are you sure you went through each one of them? If so, then next step would be to upgrade to see if that resolves this.
