Problem with uploading smilies

Hi guys ;
I have a problem with uploading smilies,
by the time I upload them,the forum shows all the smilies in the reply page,
for example, if they are more than 50,it shows all the 50 smilies in the current reply page and there is no "more smilies" option in the page so by clicking it,I can see the entire smilies in that page,

kindly help me throughout this problem

and another thing is that ; how can I move the user information bar to the right side of the screen (like a column of information) , seen as the picture bellow? :

Check these settings:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Smiliebox Smilies Per Row

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Smiliebox Total Smilies

Thanks for your reply the problem with smilies is now solved, but I'm still looking forward for moving the information bar to the right side of the screen,shown in the picture above,
could anybody help me regarding this problem please?

I finally found it

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Style and Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template / Yes

Oh, that info! I though you meant moving the smilie box to the other side. My bad!
