You don't have permission to access

when I try to add a member or update his info from control panel I get this:

I have the same problem...but that link doesn't help me.. I put it in the forum directory and still when I am trying to prune users, when it is deleting, the no permission page appear..

Please ask your host to disable mod_security for the forum directory.
