I am wondering if it is possible to serve attachments on another server while the forum is running on a separate server.. If this is possible could someone please tell me how to do this... I would appreciate it.. Thank you..

This is not possible by default and would require third party code or modifications to the code.
If you want to add this feature I suggest seeking help at vBulletin.org -
Well i thought you guys would probably have thought of this issue awhile back instead of me having to go to vb.org to ask the same question.. Oh well i guess i can do what you said.. Thanks for the quick reply though...Comment
