Any way to limit attachment size by forum?

Is there any way to limit attachment size by forum as well as by user group?

Example of what I'd like to be able to do:

Group A has attachment limit of 100K.
Group B has attachment limit of 1000K.

But in Forum X, no matter whether you belong to Group A or Group B, your maximum attachment limit is 50K.
