    error /includes/functions_editor.php on line 610

    Hello

I have moved my web from one hosting to another.
Y uploaded all and the database. I changed the details in config.php
and I got this error: /includes/functions.php on line 3863
But I have repaired it with this method:

I uploaded again all files (non images) in ASCII.
I uploaded and ran tools.php to admin folder
    I deleted tools.php

    After this:
I have run all update counter tools and I have repaired all tables.
Finally, I have reverted all templates with problems.

It seems works fine but now when I want to start a thread forum shows this message:
    http://www.marcianitos.org/fotos/temp/vbulletin.jpg

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions_editor.php on line 610

Same error when I want to reply a post o send a private message:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions_editor.php on line 610

Please, Anybody knows how can I give a solution to his?

    Thanks a lot

I just hit on this problem myself after completing an impex import to a fresh test board install. It would seem the primary culprit, at least for me, is faulty FTP uploading. Change the default FTP upload from AUTO to ASCII to force all php and xml files to upload the proper way. You may require several upload attempts to get everything right, just overwrite the files.

I hate it when people say they have found a solution, but don't even give a brief description of what it is
