In which version of vBulletin does this happen to you, can you reproduce this here on vBulletin.com?

Difference between wysiwyg and preview post entries

    Hi,

I have the wysiwyg editor set up as default for my users. One thing that is a problem is when they cut/paste from an email or other source and inadvertently embed html tags in their post. These tags are not seen in the wysiwyg editor. But they are seen after posting or in preview.

Other than turning off wysiwyg, trying to teach my user base to toggle editor modes, or preventing pasting (none are preferable), has anyone else found a way to prevent these posts?

See images to best understand what I am describing. The "Hi" has been pasted from an email. Looks fine as "Hi" in editor. But tags show up in preview or post.
