Private/Password protected sub-forum question

    Private/Password protected sub-forum question

    I created a private sub forum that is password protected, how can I prevent the threads in the private forum not to be displayed on the forum home page under its Parent Forum (sub-forum's parent forum)? I tried a few things and cant figure it out.

      Do threads in this forum show to users who are not having the password? Try creating a new account and view that forum.

          even if I'm not logged in they show up so everyone sees them
