Including forum on a webpage

Hi.
My problem might sound a bit complicated, I'm hoping it's not and someone will be able to help.

I have a forum at the moment:

http://forum.jivvi.com

At the moment it is in an inline frame which is causing me problems.
I want to just include it so it loads on the page but is still on the webpage as I am useless at templates and wouldn't be able to get the same effect.

I hate using inline frames so it would be easier.
This is the code that might explain what I need:

But this isn't.

Outside of inline frames, there is no way to do this. Most people just edit the templates so the forum looks like their page and then link to it directly.
