Copy and pasting

When I press "Quote" it seems like the only way to copy and paste is to press CTRL + C. How do I make it so I can copy with just a right click of the mouse?

Not me. Only "paste" comes up as an option.

I don't know if this is a new version or what, but Good Lord, nothing is going right.
