Some visitors just get a blank white page

I have some users reporting that they just get a blank white page when visiting my forum. However, if they use a different IP address it works, but my banned IP list is empty. Any way vB could be causing this?

It could be IP blocking at the server level or on their end.

There's no IP blocking on the server, I suspected the problem would be their end, but just wanted to make sure it wasn't something to do with vB.
