    Creating a Forum URL???

There's an admin function that allows you to create an URL when building a new forum. When a user clicks on the link for the specified forum they should be directed to that URL, but all I'm getting is an error page.

I've got my design team working on it but if the function is there, already built in to the tools, why is it not working the way the way its heading and description say it should? Am I doing something wrong?

    - Thanks

What is the error message that you are getting?

It's a "Page Not Found" message. Evidently whenever I create the URL using the admin tools the proper FTP files aren't being loaded.

Also, I was wondering how much programming work it'd take to have the URL's of every thread contain the thread's Title?

No, it doesn't create a file. You need to do that separately.

There are addons for this at www.vbulletin.org and there are commercial applications available on the web.

Then why is this function even shown on the admin pages?

I'd be interested in purchasing this addon from vbulletin. Any more direction in reviewing this program? Vbulletin is a fairly large site. I don't even know where your selection of addons is advertised.
