Private Poll?

Is there a way I can setup a Private Poll?

I have a contest coming up where my members will vote on a poll. I do not want the poll results to show until I announce the winner at a party at the end of the year.

Is there a way I can do this?

The only way you can do this, is to split thread and place it in a private forum. After you announce the winner you add it back to that forum. You might want to see is a plugin can do this for you, as I do remeber that you can move certain dated threads to a bin you have created. It was in vBulletin.org and do not remember what it was called, since the last time I seen this was for 3.0.x series.
