How do you run a query?

How is this done, as referred to in this post: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=239925

Any help would be appreciated!

You can either:

1. Run such commands in phpMyAdmin or similar if you have that on your server.

2. Or, go to AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query

Ensure that you have a backup of your database before you begin to run queries, especially if you are unsure to what you are doing.
