Moved servers, one forum leader has permissions bug?

Hi there,

I moved my vbulletin site about a month ago, and everything seemed fine, until one of my forum leaders informed me that she is longer able to see most of the options under the Thread Tools drop down. She is only able to see "Delete Thread", but none of the others like "Move Thread", "Close Thread", etc.

I've tried resetting her group by removing her from the Forum Leader group and putting her back in, but no luck. Every other person in the Forum Leader group sees everything OK.

Strange thing is that all her other permissions seem to be fine... just the menu items in the Thread Tools is not working.

Since she's the only one it could be a problem on her part. Just to be sure, let here log out of the forums first, then let her delete all her temporary internet files and cookies, which mostly provides problems after moving servers.

Even better let her use CCleaner to do it for you then you're sure every temp stuff is gone.

When logging in again, all stuff (cookies and temp files) are newly created, probably this will fix things for her.
