How do I find the place where to change images path setting?

I change from english language to another language.
After that the button images aren't show any more.

I checked the path of the icons: when the english language is selected the images have correct path (www.mysite.com/forum/images/....)

When I set another language the path is: (www.mysite.com/images_otherlanguage/...)


Which file I've to modify (and where) to have the correct path ?

Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > StyleVars
