admin cpanel - Installed Products disapear

hello all ...

i dont know why and when this happend .. it weird that ....when i logged in my admin cpanel tonight, and i found out that all the products that i installed they were disapear ....

when i go to Manage Products and i see nothing in there, so everything that i imported .. is gone ...


please advise if you got any idea ... Thanks

Change your password! check if anything else is missing!

Did you perform any upgrades/repairs installs? I have once tried running a repair script and all products disappeared (even though they were still installed and working)

i had no idea when this happened.. until last night i tried to import products , then i found out all the scripts installed disappeared, but the forum still working as normal....

well my case seem like your .. then how did you fix the problem ???

hello again ....


my problem is not solve yet ... I need some help please....

i just download vb3.6.8 no image ... and i replaced the current files on my forum ...

i ran upgraded again ....after done upgrading....

i went to Manager Products and check ...

i still dont see any changes ... all the scripts products imported are not there, but forum still working fine ....

please help if you know why ?? thanks

Unfortunatly we can really only help with the default product not the hacks and addons.

I got this one.

Here is what you can do.

A. If it is running fine, then leave it be. Nothing will show up, but at least everything is running properly.

B. Re-import all the products XML files. You dont need to re-upload anything or make other template changes, just re-up the XML file via the Import Products page. Setting shsould be retained, and eventually everything will be back in the list

I did B. I had no problems with it, and everything was fine again.
