changing a mods user name?

If I change one of my mod's user names will all of his posts still be there afterwards?

vBulletin is a fully database-driven forum. Changing the username has no effect on any of their posts or their account. The only thing that might be affected is anywhere that a user has quoted that mod's posts, it will still show their old name. If you really wanted to, you could do some search-and-replace on the post table, this is unsupported though.
