I have set up a forum which requires 10 posts to post in. I have set up a user group and a promotion which adds this as an additional usergroup when they reach 10 posts. So it works for new memeber, but how do I add an additional usergroup to my current members with more than 10 posts?

You will need to set up this promotion for each Usergroup you want this applied to.

I have the promotion set up and it works fine, I'm just not sure how to promote users who have already passed the promotion point.

        Run the Promotion task manually.

Seems odd, but it works. I thought running the task manually was only a manual way of running the scheduled tasks, but obviously not.
