Promotion (Move User to Usergroup)

Hi I’m trying to get the promotion feature on my forum working ie
The default group when registered is "Registered Group" but when made 1 post or more you're then moved to the "Members" group and when made 50 posts or more you get moved to the "Passionate Members" group.

I think I’ve set it up right but I’d like to know how to change this section

Move User to Usergroup Jumping is evaluated based on the time period defined in the Scheduled Tasks section (Default: Every 1 Hour)

I’d like to change the Scheduled Tasks section time. How do I do this?
