Still ImageMAgick problems

Hi
i was very happy i solve my problems with image verification as in this post
and now I got new problem in uploading Jpg as attachment in post. I got
this message

xxxxxxx.jpg:
Imageinfo Failed:

identify.exe: Empty input file `C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php762.tmp'.

where xxxxxxx.jpg is the name of the image. SOme user report avatar problems ..
Any idea ?

I'd guess they're trying to upload a link, not an image. Tell them to save the jpg image on their desktop, then upload that.

absolutly not : I made some test and if I convert to gif (for example) the file is uploaded , only jpg give the error ...
