  • Subscription expired, member still in secondary group

So I was testing my subscription page and everything seemed to work fine....however this morning one of my test accounts should have reverted back to the primary usergroup and has not. They are still part of the subscription group. Anyone know why this has happened?

This is determined by the Subscription Scheduled Task. You need to wait long enough for that task to run (default is once per day). Also Scheduled Tasks are triggered by code in the footer template, so if you have modified this template it may interfere with the running of the tasks. Also if there is no activity on your forums, the task won't run.

Well I still have $cronimage in the footer, there is activity in my forums....im guessing because the cron is set to run at 12am it will allow this member to have rights for today too and then at 12am it should go away....is that correct?
