Mail.Ru, .info.biz.de Causing problems...

There are a lot of mail.ru registering in my Forums..and
I went to control panel and banned them from registering..However..Even After I Ban them...there appear on the list...
Apprently Vb is allowing them to be added to the database and only allows them to post after
they have verified thier emails...I want to prevent them from being added to the database in the first place??..

How to do this??..

Please check the following settings

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Banning Options > Enable Banning Options > Yes

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Banning Options >
Banned Email Addresses - These should be seperated by spaces and not new lines

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Banning Options > Agressive Email Banning - This should be enabled if you want to ban partial email addresses

I had everything excpet that I had all the emails separated by "," instead of spaces
