BBcode [URL] Hack hidden link

Hi

I have some problems with hack links.

How can i remove the bbcode URL ?

But it needs to continue with the function of post direct link in the field of the text.

Exemple:
http://www.google.com <= Link
So the chaker cant post an hidden hack link with bbcode url function.
