Remove bold from category names (+ font change?)

I just can't seem to figure out how to make the category names normal instead of bold (on the forum index). I'm guessing it's a template edit, but I'd like to know where to look before I try.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think I'm able to change font on the category names either. Is it possible?

This is controlled using css, the .tcat class I believe.

admin control panel > styles & templates > style manager > dropdown: main css > .tcat (font type: bold) remove the bold.

I've looked at my .tcat and everywhere else, and bold is nowhere to be found in my CSS.

I just remembered I recently performed the steps found here http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=135731), but after inspecting the code I can't find bold or strong in the code I've implemented, but maybe it's still keeping it from working?

Edit: Aye, I screwed up. I didn't mean the category names, I meant the forum names. What you described above works perfectly for the category names, but I'm trying to change the forum names.
