New User Registration Approval

I have moderated new user registrations. That is I would get an email whenever a user signs up. Where do I approve the new users that joined in the admincp?

Thank you for contacting vBulletin Support.

You can go into the admin control panel > go to the Moderation section (expand it if it isn't already) > and select 'Moderate Users' from there to approve or decline their registration request.
