  • Deleting a thread which apparently doesn't exist

I was asked to prune all the posts by a certain user (her security was compromised) and I went ahead and did it and changed her username as per her request. But I think the process hadn't finished properly as the thread is visible on looking at the forums, but when you click on it it's not. I want to remove that thread as it may identify her new username (was original and last poster so you can see).

The thread is here: http://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums - 4th forum down - and the thread is http://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums/...ewpost&t=39593 but if you click on it, you will see it doesn't exist. How do I manually remove this?

Try rebuilding the thread and forum counters in that order:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters

Ha! I had been running it over and over all night and morning (maintenance) figuring out which ones to do, and that worked now!!! Thanks!!!
